• Explore new Consumers for Postpaid Sales
• Generate new Postpaid Individual sales & achieve monthly assigned sales targets.
• Understand the products thoroughly & learn to effectively sell against competition.
• Submit monthly sales plan along with time lines.
• Conduct regular visits to potential customers
• Carry out mobile number portability (MNP) sales and meet their specific targets
• Visit customers and develop healthy relation in order to get sales leads
• Carry out Prepaid to Postpaid conversion sales and meet their specific targets
• Carry out JAZZ Handsets sales(JF-100, JS-300, JS-500, JS-700) and meet their specific targets
• Carry out internet devices sales(Dongle and Wingle) and meet their specific targets
Mobilink Service Officer Multan Zone
• Supervising the Field Staff (in writing, organizing, and distributing correspondence)
• Ensuring adherence by MSRs to all policies and requirements
• Handling of operational issues and complaints by the MSRs
• Monitoring and assisting MSRs in performing their responsibilities as prescribed by Mobilink
• Management from time to time in terms of performance and standard operating procedures
• Coordination and follow-ups related to MSP target achievement
• Reporting (daily or weekly, as prescribed by the concern
