1. Under the direction and supervision of the Sr. MHPSS Coordinator, assist in providing technical support and training in MHPSS components in Pakistan.2. Provide technical supervision support to mental health case managers and operational support for capacity building trainings under the project focused on improving the mental health of Afghan refugees.3. Responsible to administratively and technically manage an MHPSS project in emergency response and recovery plan unit in flood affected districts of Sindh, aiming to provide psychosocial support to children and families.

Under the supervision of project manager, supported the project activities aiming to provide psychosocial and socioeconomic counseling and support measures and customized reintegration measures to improve mental well-being and increase the prospects of sustainable employment resources of returning migrants and local population; for the project \'Migration for Development PME III in Pakistan\'

Under the supervision of MHPSS coordinator, successfully completed a project funded by EU ECHO, where I was responsible to manage and report on national MHPSS consultations by providing remote psychological first aid and mental health counseling sessions in emergency settings.

Acted as the IOM representative for the IASC mental health and psychosocial support thematic group project for men and boys in humanitarian and emergency settings. Worked for agency liaison, managed project resource collection, and established the focus of the project compilation document. Delivered robust support to the Head of psychosocial response, mental health, and intercultural communication at IOM by assisting colleagues in maintaining and revision of training material for the community manual by the MHPSS unit. Helped Migration Health Division MHD colleagues in writing a grant, while assisting in completing and updating files and deliverables for various migration and health projects including Train4mh and E-PHR.
• Assisted my MHD supervisor to prepare and continuously update COVID-19 information and guideline repository and weekly update emails for all IOM staff members.
• Functioned in collaboration with editorial reviewers to create and edit academic papers for the MHPSS Sections head.

Shoulder the responsibility for organizing workshops and overseeing various mental health field work tasks in hospitals and urban areas for data collection, counselling, therapy sessions, recruitments, and follow-up of participants and clients.
·         Played an integral role in overseeing various mental health projects, such as NAYAB (at-risk psychosis), C-MAP (self-harm), and TELE-Mother (maternal depression). 
·         Actively played the role of Project Site lead for Tele Mother care project (TLMC) funded by Grand Challenges Canada (GCC) (2018).

·         Actively coordinated with the welfare department and guardians to oversee daily psychosocial services tasks.
·         Examined the physical, educational, and psychological needs of unaccompanied refugee minors (Origin: Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Nigeria, Tunisia, Somalia)while coordinating with team members in Germany clearingstelle reception center.

This position required me to work with orphan children and their caretakers in a total of 15 houses (150 Individuals) and I accomplished my tasks responsibly by providing guidance and counseling for their psychosocial problems.
