Leads Finance & Procurements of the Project  Financial & management reporting processes in LBG (Asian operational office), ensuring the availability of timely and relevant information for LBG US Office also. Responding to their queries for internal and external audit purpose, Updated to Project Manager and Management on regular bases.  Effective management of internal controls and the operation of all processing, including the Budget, Payroll (local employees and Expat EE expenditure), Accounting systems & Procurements.  Managed/monitored Tax issues (direct/indirect/withholding taxes) and Tax Payments to Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the project.  Maintained / implemented policies relevant to the company financial management  Strategic financial planning of the organization in conjunction with the Project Manager and Executive team.
Lead Human Resource of the Project  Ensuring personal adherence to Planet LBG’s HR Manual and overseeing adherence of Assistant.  Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.  Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.  Attended business meetings in UAE, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
