Research donors based on Cesvi’s work and potential areas for growth and compile donor relevant information – strategies, plans, forecasted calls etc
• Compile Cesvi data to be used for donor meetings/interactions
• Develop a donors database
• Actively seek out potential fundraising opportunities
• Support development of narrative reports, case studies, quotes and data from the field/partners to ensure quality reports/materials can be shared with donors
• Build skills and understand donors reporting formats and guidelines
• Support the background work in development of concept notes/proposals and support actual concept note/proposal development
• Coordinate with all program staff and partner for collection of validated information if need be
• Cross check implementation plans with progress reports if assigned
• Coordinate with Cesvi Program and Finance Units to ensure that the project proposals/reports are coherent and complete for timely submission to donors.
• Support team members in collecting information and preparing analytical reports in line with the Donor’s requirements.
• Generate innovative programme led project concepts.
• Support CPM to engage with regionally based donors for potential funding sources i.e; UN Agencies, foundations, Corporations, etc.
• Engage with like- minded organizations to implement programmes by putting resources together after consultation with CPM.
• Make active efforts to understand the fundraising related templates and guidelines of official donors including EC, DFID, ECHO, CIDA, SIDA, DFAT, USAID etc.
• Comply to Cesvi Pakistan’s guidelines and ensure this is also implemented by partners.
• Contribute and support effective communication for Cesvi Pakistan’s visibility, profile building, networking and alliance building.
• Ensure effective and timely communications with Partners.
• Collect evidence based documentation of stories of changes, case studies, learning, etc in coordination.
