My background includes serving as a HR Marketing. Most recently, working with Advance Telecom as Assistant Marketing Communication Manager in two different projects, where recent responsibilities included manage and conduct marketing campaign, market analysis, coordinate with country sales head for smooth and hurdles free support and services for clients and customers, Coordinate with vendors to improve marketing strategies whereas further experience is related to customer support.
Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during employment as a CRO/Assistant Reservation Manager in LalQila restaurant while in high school.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point applications
