To maintain a large number of Office files/Documents, letters of the projects/Schemes and maintain it daily. Assisting in routine tasks, typing, preparing approval forms, and Chief Officer’s Directives.
To Make and manage various reports, handle travel, and appointment schedules, type correspondence, all telephonic incoming/outgoing calls, handling special projects and confidential information in a professional manner.
To make & prepare Daily Progress and Delay Reports, Monthly financial reports, monthly office activity reports, monthly field activity reports, deviation & Comparative statements of the schemes, Contractors’ bills as per work done at sites, etc.
