Compensation & Benefits

Regulate and manage employees’ Compensation & Benefits of the Entire Group

Accelerated business operations by 80% via implementing the HRMS.
Planned, developed strategy, implemented, and executed the employer branding activities which resulted in 40% increase in employer identity and 20% hike in the employee value proposition.
Design, implement and monitor the performance management system in support with ERP team and execute the performance appraisal for all employees against predefined KPIs.
