Ive a dynamic, adaptable and versatile professional experience in Development Sector with five years of experience in community health and research sector. Ive sixteen years of education with the background of public health and sociology that correlates with my experience in project design, research and development regarding public health and social issues, planning and implementation of project / programme management, ME. Moreover, my mostly experience in research development, and coordination as last position of Deputy Program Manager Nutrition and Surveys with Action Against hunger- ACF-international and field Coordinator with Aman foundation enabled me with far-reaching field travel across the country at community level. Further, Ive experience to work with various health related projects with prestigious organization including Aga khan University, AMAN Foundation, Federal bureau of statistics The core responsibilities of my job include nutritional studies like SMART survey, SQUEAC survey baseline studies, developing data collection tools, Reporting, Monitoring Reporting, Material Development,
THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficiency in capacity development, implementation/management of program and monitoring program interventions (SAM management, IYCF, Micronutrient-supplementation programme).
Good understanding of State Governments organization structure, protocols and building work relations with Government officials at all levels specifically related to Department of Health and Family Welfare and Department of Women and Child Development

As a public health practitioner, I see the solution in prevention. I come from a least developed country and given our health budget (in general), preventing disease rather than curing them is indeed the most cost-effective way to deal with our health scenario. In particular, I want to be able to work with underserved communities, to increase their quality of life and minimize risks associated with health. My study and research thus far has taught me and exposed me to a lot of potential areas for intervention, but I still need the tools and deeper knowledge to be able to put into practice the ideas I have for change.
