Communicate with customer/ to understand their needs and transfer the same to production department, means Internal and external communication,
To prepare internal Job sheets.
To preparing purchase e order if needed.
To source all the ingredients of each corresponding orders, arrange production in house or out source, make schedule and action plan.
To monitor collection of raw materials as per time schedule, if anything delayed, discuss with seniors & closely follow until material received.
To closely follow up with production department of each individual orders, if stuck somewhere, discuss immediately with seniors.
If needed, prepare PP samples prior to bulk, follow up to get approval in written.
To advise quality department about quality level.
Handling shipping details & make sure to deliver shipment in right time .
To help documentation department.
To send shipping document to customer.
