Working as a senior monitoring & evaluation implementation analyst with research and development solutions. Roles and responsibilities are as follows:
▪       Conduct surveys, assessment, and rapid surveys.
▪       Project implementation and stakeholder coordination.
▪       Data processing, visualization, and management.
▪       Oversee training and data collection activities.
▪       Support the analysis process.
▪       Support in project related writing activities (reports etc)
▪       Tool development
▪       Support the development of materials for publications etc.
▪       Participate and deliver capacity building sessions and undertake self-development session.

Worked as a family mentor in the program “Family economic advancement Programme” (FEAP) under
the silver jubilee development agency of AKDN.
I was responsible for providing holistic and comprehensive case management services to families enrolled in the program including assessing needs, goal setting, case planning, monitoring, encouraging progress, advocacy, referrals, and connecting with the economic development team for job placement and/or entrepreneurship.

Worked as a provincial coordinator in measles-rubella campaign. Managed 90 field monitors on behalf of tameer e khalaq foundation. Our role was independent third party monitoring. I was responsible for managing teams and reporting real time data to provincial epi office and unicef.
