Currently working on a project focused on the Capacity Building/ Community Development and Support Program for the affected people/areas of the Balakot Hydropower Project.
As field coordinator i will render my services in leading the field mobilization team for better understanding the community needs and gathered a quality data as desired by the experts .

·          Designed and implemented Household Survey for the  Divisional/Districts Headquarters Cities and Urban Centres Master Plan Project of districts Mohmand and Bajaur KP.

·          Steered efforts towards leading and directing all data gathering activities related to the Household Information Survey for the project in District Mohmand and Bajaur of the newly merged areas in the province.

·          Served as a resource in all efforts to spearhead and supervise the Baseline data collection team of growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress - GRASP Project in Balochistan.
·          Hired and trained enumerators, quality assurance of data collection and timely completion of targeted data.

·          Involved in a project for Wapda titled “Community Development Program \" a component of the mega project of \"Warsak Dam Renovation and Rehabilitation Project\".
·          Hold bottom-line accountability for developing, on-boarding, and leading project field team including Social Organizers, Engineers, Environmentalist and other supporting staff, maintaining project site office,
·          Providing strong leadership and direction to field team and coordinated field activities, putting expert input and leading the team in area/villages identification, community mobilization, information disclosure and need assessment/schemes identification.

·          As an Area Coordinator performed operational review of the Govt. of Pakistan`s FATA TDP-ERP project for Temporarily Displaced Persons -TDPs by militancy crisis in FATA (Newly Merged Areas) funded by World Bank.
·          Conducted and supervised Community Dialogues and Focus Group Discussions; actively participated in report presentations to the World Bank and Economic Affairs Division -EAD officials.
·          Project comprised of fifteen One-Stop-Shops (OSS) in five districts of the newly merged areas facilitating cash grants in two different components i.e. Livelihood Support Grant (LSG) and Child Wellness Grant (CWG) to over four hundred thousand beneficiaries comprising of the households, children and mothers.
·          Partnered with the project stakeholder public departments like FATA Disaster Management Authority-FDMA, National Database and Registration Authority-NADRA, The National Bank of Pakistan-NBP and the Department of Health-DoH for compliance and better access to the projects current aspects over the years.
·          Conducted two outcome surveys, 4 house hold surveys and 6 rounds of Spot Check operational review of the One Stop Shops (OSS). Ensured gender balance among the project monitoring teams and their access to the remote areas with security clearance etc.
·          Performed field visits to check the operational review prepossesses in the OSS and in the household, level surveys locations, also ensured the quality of a big number of data collection tools and the data collected.

·          Accomplished Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the Frontier Oil Company -1 Machiky-Tahllian-Taru Jabba White Oil Pipeline Project- FOC-1 MTT WOP Project in KP & Punjab.
·          Successfully collected the Baseline data, conducted surveys and meetings with both public and private stakeholders for the sake of baseline data gathering and information disclosure.
·          Gathered both primary and secondary data along the 468 Kilometer proposed pipeline; ensured compliance with all relevant organizational SOPs and established policies, also interpreted and wrote ups of data for final report.
·          Conducted data entry and cleaning of the data for analysis and made tabulation of the gathered data.
 

·         Completed Third-Party Validation of Annual Environmental and Social Management Plan (sixth plan) TPV ESMP.
·         Supervised the KP and FATA teams of district supervisors and enumerators to timely validate the status and nature of the implemented projects in six districts of both the administrative units through direct observations, questionnaires with the stake holders and Focus Group Discussions.

·         Rendered keen eye for details to effectively conduct midterm evaluation of the Prime Minister Interest-Free Loan Project - MTE PMIFL in 18 districts of the four administrative units of the country.
·         Exercised hands-on approach and effective controls to supervise the large number of data collection directly through regularly presence with the field teams ensuring the quality and timely completion of the assignment.
·         Researched numerous verticals to gather integral information and hold meetings with the Partner Organizations of the PPAF for review of the record according to the operational manual and other stake holders.

·         Monitored Housing Project for the victims of Earthquake 2005; coordinated projects in KP, AJK regions of Pakistan; trained team members on a regular basis and ensures continuous follow-ups with them.

·         Conducted household survey and led the construction of some 53000 houses financed by the Islamic development Bank- IDB Earthquake Assistance Package for Pakistan in three phases of rounds visits.
·         Completed large volume surveys efficiently; maintained gender balance by hiring and involving women in remote areas projects in AJK and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
·         Developed synergies between company and public departments and clients for better understanding and outcomes.
·         Repeatedly completes large volume data collection and reviews efficiently and effectively with quality assurance.
