1. Supply Chain & Procurement Working:

 Reporting to Senior Manager Supply Chain & Procurement my key area of responsibilities are:
 Monitor and direct work of fuel team
 Maintaining fuel stock on daily basis
 Communicate efficiently with ground personnel 
 Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly fuel reports
 Ordering and purchasing of fuel
 Physical stock tacking activity planning on regional and head office
 Procurement procedures learning and development suggestions
 Purchase deals with Local and International Suppliers to meet the day to day requirements
 Managing Vendor evaluation
 Periodical stock tacking
2. Administration Working:
 Responsibilities related Admin department are:

 Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
 Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior managerial staff members
 Maintain daily attendance report of LTV Drivers  
 Perform Accounting tasks, Including Invoicing and Payment Vouchers of Utility Bills like electricity, PTCL ,gas and Mobile Phone
 Preparation Food Data for staff Mess
 Maintain LTV Vehicles Maintenance and refueling  
 Provide administrative support for operations team
 Organize company accommodation for staff members
 Arranging internal events like annual awards function
 General office management such as ordering of stationary and other office equipments

3. Workshop Experience:
 Responsibilities in Workshop department are:

 Prepare Daily Operation Report of all workshops including accidents, breakdowns and maintenance record
 Maintain kilometers data for periodic service of buses 
 Maintain tyre and lube data
 Preparation of daily repairing sheet  
 Coordination of all workshop in charges for monthly periodic services
