Assist the HR manager in day to day operations of HR department.
Handle the recruitment and selection process for the vacant position or for the new project staff hiring
Maintaining “Resumes Record” and “Personnel files of PEACE employees” and ensuring the evidence of all relevant documents in these file.
Maintaining data base of staff and its updating on monthly basis for reporting and review by the management.
Preparing Job descriptions for each discipline, preparation advertisement, short listing of candidates, arranging interviews and processing employments contracts.
Organizing “Orientation sessions” for the success full candidates to orient them on their jobs and duties.
Issuing of employment contracts, experience letters, certificates and other letters about staff services and fringe benefits/ facilities.
Prepare ID cards for new core staff and project staff
Plan for employee performance appraisal; Develop tools for appraisal, job evolution and development.
Control & Checking Of Head Office and Field Office staff attendance sheet of staff on daily basis.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by my supervisor.
Provide Support to the recruitment process from scheduling interviews, generating application for vacancies, collecting and short listing application filling resumes/ applications accordingly.
Prepare employments contracts for new staff and contracts for new staff and contract extension / amendment in case of renewal.

Maintain And update the personal file s. .
Plan for employee performance appraisal; Develop tools for appraisal, job evolution and development.
Maintaining employee’s time sheets and leaves record both in hard and soft form.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of physical assets and office facilities, vehicles, equipments, furniture and office building. Keep proper inventory of all these and arrange repairs and maintenance as and when necessary.
Maintain staff attendance, leave record, time sheets of staff and to ensure that office discipline is observed by all concerned.
Supervise support staff in handling and managing day to day assignments efficiently.
Provision and arrangement of support and facilitation for holding coordination meetings, workshops, training courses and conferences at Regional and field offices.
Preparation of Monthly consumption statement of all vehicles to control and monitoring the expenses and maintenance of the record of vehicles.
Support and coordination with all section in the implementation of programme activities.
Handling Staff medical & Insurance of Region office employee and forward it to Head Office.
Arrange Necessary Item which can requisition from HRD officer for field level Training
