Working as HMIS Officer with EHSAR Foundation in the project “Provision of Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) Services at at Bara, Khyber Agency FATA” supported by Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) and World Health Organization (WHO)
Following are the core responsibilities:
Maintain the reporting management system; ensure all kind of report records (daily, weekly, Monthly etc.)
Share Alerts/Outbreaks with the concerned departments on immediate basis.
Assist project manager in data analysis and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Develop and share 4W matrix with Health Cluster.

• Will coordinate with Team Leader (DHP Consultant) and DHP focal person (DGHS Office) on issue related to DHPs.
• Will collect and share documents related to DHPs assignment amongst the different stakeholders;
• Will organize meetings and consultative workshops during the DHPs assignment;

• Worked as HMIS Officer with support to Admin, Logistics and Procurement Officer with EHSAR Foundation in the project “Provision of Primary Healthcare services to the IDPs” Supported by Pakistan Emergency Response Fund (ERF) and World Health Organization (WHO) at New Durrani IDPs Camp Kurram Agency.
• Following were the core responsibilities;
• Maintain the reporting management system, ensure all kind of report records (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) are properly maintained and regularly updated
• Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment. He/She will represent EHSAR field staff and closely work together With WHO and Department of health.
• He/She will maintain regular supply all required Stationary, reporting formats and IT equipment’s to the Field medical team. He/She will participate in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly medical report.
• He/She will ensure that Ambulance service is utilized for Patients needs only and a log book in maintained in facility containing details of patients being referred through ambulance.
• Other tasks as designated by the Head Office.
• Basic knowledge of administration and HR required at Field Hospital level e.g. Keeping track of staff attendance/duty Rota, supplies and smooth communication and reporting to donor and between field hospital and regional office.

Mr. Adnan Ahmad is working with EHSAR since June 2013 as HMIS Officer, and the current project is his 8th Project with EHSAR Foundation. So from this prospective, one can analyse the skills he have, which are the main reason behind the continuation of his job. He is a multi-dimensional professional, who have extensive command on his field, while he is also a good administrator. A very punctual and task oriented professional.
