 Systematically and efficiently manage end to end contracting process from RFP development to bid evaluation
 Ensure all the contracts are valid at all time and renewed before expiries.
 Update contracts through addendums, etc.
 Ensure that compliance is being followed in line with the contract
 Monitor cost, schedule & technical performance

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

- Planning & Forecasting of Production & Packaging SKU’s
- Making Sure supplier have enough stock to meet demand
- Close coordination with Major Suppliers like (Total , Shell , Chevron & CBM)
- Price rationalization to ensure the competitive pricing
- Inventory management at (Five) regional warehouses all over Pakistan
- Seeking & Developing new vendors
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with internal & external stakeholders
- Generate competitive analysis to update sales incentives on half yearly basis

Product Development & Incentive Management

- Managing the product development process (Bottle, Labels, Cartons etc)
- Incentive management & disbursement to our dealers as per policy

MIS Reporting

- Daily analysis report (Stocks, backorders & sales)
- Generate PPT for MC/GEC meetings for higher management
- Evaluation of Regions , Territories & Dealers
