概要

Since 2008 I am working for the promotion and protection of human rights. Initially, I was associated with the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan as a volunteer.

Later on, joined HRCP and worked as Regional Coordinator for its chapter office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province and FATA from June 2013 to May 2018.

With HRCP, I worked for the promotion and protection of human rights for which I conducted the countless training session, consultations, workshops, conducted election monitoring, worked for Rule of Law and lobbied for important legislation, organized demonstration on key human rights events including women rights, child rights, minority rights, labour rights, prisoners rights, refugee rights and IDPs rights etc.

I have written various types of reports, including thematic reports, fact findings reports, research reports, weekly, monthly and annual reports, event reports etc. Issued the press releases from time to time and coordinated media. I was assigned duties have supervised the various projects related to human rights and have successfully completed many projects including a project of documentation of human rights violation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.

I participated in numerous training on human rights mechanisms including reporting, fact-finding, human rights concepts, international human rights law, UN special Procedures, Universal Periodic Review, Committee reporting, NHRIs, NCHR and Other national specialized human rights bodies.

I have a valid license of advocate High Court Peshawar since first enrolled in 2010 and have completed a specialized LLM degree in International Human Rights Law. I have assisted senior lawyers as High Court and Supreme Court in various human rights cases.

Parallel to this, since January 2016 I am writing OpEds on human rights legal issues for different national Newspapers including the News International and Daily Times.

Being a human rights activist till date I am working for the promotion and protection of human rights.




Effectively coordinated and completed the project of Documenting Human Rights Violations and Seeking Redress in the Critical Areas of Pakistan, from June 2013 to April 2018.
Successfully completed project should human rights education be a part of the curricula from Jan-2016 to Dec-2017.
Completed a project security of places of religious significance from Jan-2014 to Oct-2017.
Effectively implemented the observance of all international human rights days and event, from June-2013 to May-2018.
Efficiently organized various public meetings on the citizen role and responsibilities to monitor the Parliament, from Jan-2015 to Dec-2016.
Organized seminars in each district and Tehsil of KP on promoting human rights education and research to realize pluralist ideals, from Jan-2014 to Dec-2017.
Professionally monitored the general elections and elections of the local government and also organized training for the election observers and coordinators, from June-2013 to May-2018.
Wrote the chapter on Jail, Prisoners and Disappearances for the Human Right Commission Annual Report 2017, HRCP Publications.
Completed project citizens participation in the affairs of parliamentary democracy from Jan-2014 to Dec-2016.
Conducted the project Implementation of the Jail laws, jails inspections of the KP Prisons from Jan-2014 to Dec-2014.
Conducted various fact-findings in various incidents in the province of KP, from June 2013-May 2018.
Effectively coordinated with government institutions where it was essential for project success.



Working for the Rule of Law, Governance, democratic values, the rights of women, minorities and other marginalized segments. The improvement of the local government, and the participation of women, youth and minorities. Voice for health, sanitation, clean water, and other basic human rights.
Advocacy for various legislations including specifically criminalizing torture, enforced disappearances, bonded labour and domestic violence.
Organized Seminars, workshops, conferences and consultations on different human rights topic. Inviting different stakeholders at diverse topics i.e. local government, the human right education, enforced disappearances, torture, women rights, child rights, GBV, minorities rights, FCR, Cyber Crimes, Prisoners rights, governance etc.
Conducting training sessions for the elected representatives of the local government, women empowerment and their participation in the democratic procedures and parliamentary affairs.
Documentation of violations related to GBV, writing to the concerned departments for appropriate action.
Reporting to the Director of all projects and program-related matters and contributing chapters to the Annual Reports (the State of Human Rights) by the HRCP and to the monthly magazine, special fact-finding reporting and special thematic reporting including UPR, other shadow reporting to the treaties bodies.
Issuing regular press release to the print media at various events, condemnations and advocacy-related matters. Collecting various human rights violation reports for HRCP database through media monitoring.
Monitoring the local government and general elections and training for elections observers. Report and analysis of the elections.
Receiving and recording complaints of enforced disappearances, dishonour killings, acid burn victims, domestic violence, tortures and illegal/arbitrary detentions etc.
Organizing training for the team on IHRL, IHL, UPR reporting, treaties bodies reporting, report writings, fact-finding, security assessment, Cybercrimes and protection, office and team management and event management.
Supervising office finance, new appointments, assigned the duties. Kept Coordination with all District monitors, project coordinators
Writing and editing various reports, including daily, monthly, bi-annually, annual reports, fact-finding report, event reports and special thematic and research reports.
