Carry out Human resource planning in coordination with department heads to fulfill the organizational needs and conducting transparent recruitment process for hiring of employees identification of vacant positions, advertisement, short-listing of candidates, arranging the interviews, issuing offer letters to successful candidates.
• Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development
• Refine organization structure to align with the market and delivery requirements.
• Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
• Act as a leader, conflict manager and a catalyst for achieving organization’s vision and mission by effectively managing the human resource function of WSSP.
• Develop training and development related processes, to include identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs. This will include development of training modules and continuous process of Capacity Building.
• Coach and develop HR team members to achieve business plan objectives in alignment with application of the WSSP Strategy.
• To interpret and communicate laws and regulations to the personnel of other departments to make sure that WSSP remains up to date on legal matters affecting its operations.
• To act as a representative of human resource, administration and procurement at various meetings and act as an advisor to CEO on matters that involve human resource considerations.
