Iffat is a Pakistani National, born in Lahore has more than 10 years of expereince in Social Development Sector. She has worked with Governement, Semi-Government, NGOs, INGOs, Educational Institutions and Consulting firms.
Program Management, implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Trainings, Partnership building and Team Managment are the areas of her expertise. She has developed manual on Social Mobilization in context of Education Programs for Allama Iqbal Open University. She has been part of team who developed first ever curriculum of Adult Literacy on the Platform of Ministry of Education, Curriculum wing. Projects in the thematic areas of Education, Adult Litercay, Gender based Voilence (GBV), Environmental Hazrads and Disaster Risk Management have been managed, supervised and implemented by her in multiple capacities.
