As a Project Manager conduct meetings with Health Officials, CEO Health, DHO, IRMNCH Coordinator and District Administrator for Preparation of UC Maps ,training of social mobilizers and vaccinators and UCMOs for TCV campaign in rural areas of District Bahawalnagar.

Zonal Manager
Job Responsibilities:
·         Represent IRC in periodic meetings with District Election Commissioner (DEC), NADRA and other stakeholders in assigned districts of self-implementation and implementation through partners.
·         Recruit, orient and train social mobilizers on the methodology of the identifying and mobilizing women for CNIC registration, as well as on data sheets and formats.
·         Supervise Social Mobilizers to develop lists of potential women CNIC registrants and mobilize them to acquire their CNIC.
·         Set monthly/quarterly identification listing and facilitation targets for Social Mobilizers.
·         Coordinate with NADRA and ECP to finalize the schedules for MRVs and NRC visits.
·         Manage and disburse advance among Social Mobilizers and their liquidation on monthly basis.
·         Collect all relevant Means of Verification (MOVs) including CNIC vouchers/tokens, and provide them to data management team at country office on monthly basis.
·         Ensure that monthly/quarterly targets are met and provide justification in case of any variance.
·         Collect human/change stories on quarterly basis.
·         Prepare and submit monthly progress and financial reports or any other necessary analyses/reports needed on ad-hoc basis.

Duty Station: Bahawalnagar,
Responsibilities:
Identify youth groups and training venue.
Facilitate training sessions with youth groups.
Organize district peace and advocacy events.
Collecting bills, MOVs and receipts for each activity and generating invoice.

Project: (CDIP- Tabeer) Consolidated Democracy in Pakistan
Duty Station: Bahawalnagar, Pakpattan
Responsibilities:
Data Collection of women who have no CNIC in rural and urban areas of Bahawalnagar and Pakpattan
Facilitate Women for Registration of CNIC in two Districts with collaboration of Election Commission of Pakistan ECP and NADRA
Provide support in program planning and execution as per program needs and work plans
Implement Activities assigned under CDIP-Tabeer Program and its approved work plan
Plan and implement activities as per monthly basis in program area
Monitor activities and suggest areas of improvement at field level as well as in office
Participate in Monthly Meeting of District Voter Education Committee (DVEC)
Participate in Monthly review and Planning Meeting and give input for smooth functioning of CDIP-Tabeer Program
Prepare Monthly basis report and submit to the DAI

Project:National Socio Economic Registry (NSER)
Duty Station: Bahawalnagar, Sahiwal, Okara
Responsibilities:
Lead overall operation and planning of Survey activities at the Cluster Level.
Manage District officer in terms of resources and logistics. Maintain updated plan/timelines for regular sharing with IDS Head Office.
Coordinate with Stakeholders to obtain their support for smooth implementation of project activities.
Review field progress and performance of staff at Cluster Level.
Compile District and Cluster level weekly progress report.
Maintain record of all monitoring activities conducted in the field by Tehsil team Supervisors.
Ensure field deliverables and timelines are met as per plan.
Troubleshoot any IT related issues encountered and reported in the field.
Where required provide IT support to field staffEnsure timely transfer of data from field according to data transfer protocols for both CAPI and PAPI localities.
Maintain regular communication with IDS Head Office.
Manage hiring of any additional/replacement of human resource.
Lead training of all field staff in district (Tehsil Team Supervisors and MOs).
Lead training of any replacements hired during the course of the project.Shadow each tehsil team supervisor in district at least one.
