. Processing of Auto Financing Applications from initial level to disbursement.
. Complete processing of Auto Financing Applications.
. Sound grasp over the procedural issues of Auto financing.
. Coordinate CIU & CAO regarding applications processing, approval, rejection reviews and disbursement.
. Daily reporting of business activities to country head regarding number of applications processed, approved, rejection review and disbursement.
. Act in compliance's with bank's policies and procedures.
. Processing of Auto Finance applications in accordance with product program.
. Preparation & updating of daily login MIS.
Quality Planning:
· Assists Unit Head in attaining established departmental goals & targets through quality planning and management of loan applications.
· Perform prequalification assessment and analysis of financial condition of applicant within the framework of Bank’s credit policies.
· Coordinates with CIU for processing of prescreened loans; ensure loans are processed according to customer needs and conform to Bank lending policies.
· Manage team operations/processes of all staff members to ensure that departmental cores are performed in an efficient way.
· Suggest for improvements, changes and their course of actions for implementation.
Quality Assurance:
· Supervision and Collaboration with team members to develop best practices.
· Determine quality procedures for long term success leading to customer satisfaction.
· Reduce communication gaps through stake holder’s involvement to run BAU in a smooth way.
· Figure out developmental needs to overcome it through trainings of the relevant staff.
· Direct objectives to generate maximum quality Business.
· Recognize quality related problems and their improvement areas.
Quality Control:
· Follow up monthly sessions with team member’s regarding input and output.
· Quarterly analysis on performed activities in accordance with quality.
· Sustain the most efficient and effective methods to meet quality requirements.
People Management:
· Weekly team meetings with staff members to improve work efficiency.
· Listen effectively to all team members and respond with empathy to build a bond of trust among themselves.
