Major Responsibilities
Managing all operational and policy matters at regional level.
Responsibility to look after the regional team ,establish schools, new sales and development in assigned regions.
Setting objectives, strategies and action plans to achieve the cooperative objectives.
Visiting potential areas for schools.
Communicating company's vision, purpose and core values to the stake holders.
Implementing, monitoring and communicating company's policies to the stake holders at regional level and functional level.
Market competitors and gap analysis.
Strategic plans, reviews and completing action plans.
Business development by closely working with clients and corporate office to create synergy.
Managing sales data and forecasting at functional level.
Monitoring the proper distribution of different materials at regional offices level
Identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
Organize marketing events and activities at regional level..
Prepare social media networks for schools for marketing point of view.
Identifying new areas of concentration for development of business plans and expansion of existing number of schools.
SWOT analysis for the schools to increase the number of student strength.
