Field Operator
I have worked at Tufail Chemicals Private Limited as field operator in shift duties in order to maintain smooth and efficient operations in compliance with SOPs to achieve production targets in safe manners
Operating Plant feed pump and maintaining Plant feed as per Production plan.
Monitoring Process parameters and taking action against any deviation as per guideline.
Maintain Record for Feed stock (Linear Alkyl Benzene, LAB) for plant feed.
Receiving product Rundown (LABSA) and Raw material (LAB) in tanks.
Sampling of product for testing and Quality assurance.
Follow up due maintenance work till execution.
Participating in maintenance activities during shutdown as per timeline.
