 Plans schedules and carries out programs for optimum maintenance in his area.
 Ensure process control and strict adherence to the laid down quality standards and takes appropriate actions to check deviations.
 Provide guide lines to every members of Plant to rectify the incorrect critical measures.
 To provide PRODUCTION PLANNING to shift Leaders & Pan Master as per requirements of operation.
 Provide trainings of Record keeping, basic Quality System & Safety to all members of plant.
 To provide instruction to kettles Boilers operators on critical measures of Pan Boiling for minimize rework because rework increases the cost of product.
 To increase the skills of every plant team by providing technical knowledge. Way of teaching should be friendly or polite manner.
 To provide monthly production report with in time.
 Over all to look after every plant with all concern of operation & working team members.
 Always provide best abilities of mind to rectify the critical issuance of operation & administration of plant.
 Maintains good standard of housekeeping and requisite level of safety standards.
 Collaborates with factory Engineers to determine and plan maintenance of the plant.
 To promote occupational health and safety awareness

 Ensure to perform, record/report of all the tests/analysis for Raw Material, PM & Finished Product on Daily Basis
 Ensure to implement on line inspection through inspectors during shifts
 Ensure to perform record & report the release of RM, PM. & FP on daily basis.
 Ensure to maintain & Implement latest updated Quality Check Tools i.e. TDS, MMDs, BPDs, process & testing methods and specifications, provided by respective parties
 Ensure to follow instructions as & when given for the execution for all the quality attributes.
 Ensure to follow & implement all product SOP,s generated for manufacturing of products.
 Ensure to report about non-conforming of RM, PM, products & process.
 Ensure to perform investigation against product complaints.
 To provide support (Mechanical, man power etc) and facilitate the team for trial for successful completion of trials.
 Monthly stores checks to ensure the quality parameters of product on shelf
 Ensure to follow instructions as & when given for execution of any special job.
 Ensure the standardization of all the volumetric solutions.
 Ensure all testing and reporting of Liquid Glucose plant.
 Ensure testing and reporting of Noodle process.
