My passion for securing funding for impactful initiatives, coupled with my 13 years of experience in project management, coordination with donors, grant writing and research makes me a strong candidate for this role. Also working experience of more than 05 years on German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) supported projects is a preferred advantage to work with WHH.
Proven Track Record of Success in Grant Management:
• In my previous role as Deputy Director Programs at Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), I successfully managed a portfolio of 06 grants, securing over 2.6 Million EURO in funding for humanitarian & developmental programs. Additionally, the response operations during COVID 19 and recent floods 2022, a funding of 2 million EURO was secured and reported successfully.
• I have a deep understanding of the grant lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities and developing compelling proposals to managing budgets and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• I am adept at conducting research, analyzing data, and tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each grant program.

• I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing me to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, grantors, and beneficiaries.

• Established a National School Safety Forum under the umbrella of NDMA & Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training.
• Served as a focal person at Pakistan Red Crescent Society to coordinate and award grant for ECHO HIP Call for last 03 years.
• Represent the organization1 on forums at national level to be actively engaged for different grant opportunities.
• Have been working on project planning, execution, budgeting, implementing and evaluating for years on different thematic areas including DRR, School Safety, Climate Change, WASH and Anticipatory Actions.
• Completed due diligence process required by the donor recently for GIZ under Strengthening Urban Resilience through Anticipatory Actions project.
