Manager Floor Operations
Running a complete Cycle of Daily Tasks like Dispatch, Inventory, GR Inbound, Zoning, Picking etc. etc.
Picked stock will be dispatched in different vehicles as per alignment of logistics team. Stock will be loaded in vehicles after inventory officer’s audit to minimize the wrong picking errors.
Inventory Audit will be assigned to different Aiel/Bays Concerns for Blind Audit on Daily
Basis. And Report will be shared to all stake holder after clearing all differences.
Receiving all stock from vendors as per defined SOPs like 30-40% Carton Check, Exp Check etc. etc.
Creating Zones as per Orders & Vehicle Load for different Areas of Lahore. So that the logistics team can plan their vehicles & Riders for next day dispatch operations.
Monitoring Picking of Stock & Dispatch Officers Audit to minimize the maximum Errors. So that morning team can load them in the vehicles.
Reporting to Concern Stake Holders like Daily Inventory Report, Daily GR Report, Daily Demand Vs Dispatch & Delivered Stock Sale Report, Sleeping Stock Report.
Executive Inventory Control Center (ICC)
Successful Opening of the Store and looking the store operations like Stock in / Out, Shelf Tags, and Damages Control.
Analyzing zero stock, price accuracy and out of stocks trend to maintain the standards of the company with commercial team co-ordination.
Assist in compliance of policy and procedures of Company.
Control on IN and OUT of the stock from the store. And the Co-Ordination with the Warehouse team for returnable and Non-Returnable Damages and Stock.
Monitoring the Shelf Tags, Item related issues and Co-Ordination with the HO to resolve the Issue’s ASAP.
Conducting the Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly Inventories and sharing the results with the HO & Store Manager & Regional Manager.
Controlling of the stock in/Out using SAP Software. And Controlling the Customer/ Staff Damages to reduce the shrinkage.
Conduct the Shelf Audit Report on daily basis to analyze the Prices mentioned on the shelfs and Compare with the Cash Counter Price to increase the good experience of the customer.
Implementation of the Leaflet Promotions on the store before time. And monitoring the full promotion tasks (Promotion Items Stock Analysis, Promotion Items Price Issue etc. etc.) for customer’s better experience.
Conduct the Weekly Consumables Inventory and playing role in controlling the consumables.
