• To share the daily production plan to every department.
• To maintain the workflow of production and overcome any hurdle that hinders the flow.
• To keep trace of production material transaction physically as well as on working software (Oracle)
• To lead the data entry team.
• To receive daily production report from each data entry operator and forward it to senior management.
• To ensure proper consumption is being taken in the system by the data entry team so that it does not affect the costing report.
