Responsibilities
 
To performed and supervise all activites from raw material to finish product of die casting and gravity casting of aluminum alloy of different parts CCCR, CCCL, HUB FRONT, HUB REAR , MAGNET COVER ETC. made from ADC-12 to analyze chemical composition and also Bottom tube of gravity casting.also operate hitachi spectro meter to analyze and control chemical composition  

• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves finished products by final inspection; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Strive for system improvement by developing new testing format to reduce failure.
• Identify ways to integrate workers, machine materials and energy to produce quality products.
• Keep measuring instruments in working condition by proper scheduling of preventive maintenance.
• Ensure the Total Quality Management system in plant.
• Responsible for eliminating Production wastage by analysing production process.
• Supervise finish good reports, stock reports and intermediate reports to maintain traceability and ensure utilization of rejected material.
• Investigate failure of return material from clients and occasionally lead dispatch team.
Deals with foreign suppliers for machineries and raw materials procurement

Maintain record of each & every Heat.
Proper sampling of each & every Heat sample
Daily alignment twice a day

Mainten the chemical composition of aluminum alloy ,99.97%, ADC-12, HD2BS1 ,HSIS ,ALSI12CU etc
Analyze chemical composition & control each element if need to add or balance
Supervise the Charging of different furnaces
(Rotary furnace of monometer England, bottom casting stationary type 2.5 MT molten metal capacity)
(2 Revrbatory furnace designed monometer England tilting type 4MT and 5 MT molten metal capacities)
(Holding furnace with crucible hydraulic tilting type 250 Kg of aluminum molten metal capacity)
Collect samples on time to time
Casting
Check the casting defects
Checking Aluminum base scrape
Supervise all workers and maintain the performance record
Coordination with maintenance department
