Handling over all operational Branch activities on daily Basis,
Managing inventories, recruiting staff, training, supervising and appraising staff.

Preparing promotional materials and promotion display with help of FM\'s and DM\'s of the departments.

Liaising with Head office and head of buyers for recognizing future and present requirements by customers.
Handling Food and Non Food Department with collaboration of Departments.

Making assure of availability of most sailing item in the shelf by providing timely guideline to DM\'s. Daily sale meeting with DM\'s providing guideline to enhance sale, after sale service, customer queries.

Counseling, training and guiding to sale staff, handling front desk issue, hiring new talent in different department, solving customer queries and suggestion to staff for best and fast solution.
Any other task given by Branch Manager.
Handling over all departments on the assigned floor of the market. Managing floor staff including cashier, supervisors and customer service desk.
Stock ordering, stock controlling and monitoring back area receving, making monthly damage report with the help of department supervisor.
Motivating, training and counseling sale staff and department supervisor for achieving set sale target.
Daily floor walk for checking shelf pricing, shelf display of proper merchandising and controlling near expired and expire items.
