Heading the Finance & Contracts Department and Corporate Affairs of the Company; Maintaining Company’s membership is all legal and corporate forums; Holding AGMs and keeping all corporate records; Maintenance of Electronic Accounts, Internal Audit, Filing of Tax Returns, Coordination with Banks, Vendors, Contractors, legal forums & International Partners; Senior member of International Bids Management Committee; Contracts Writing &Vetting, Procurement Management, Budgeting & Cash controls. Preparation of HR Policy, Implementation of HR procedures from pre-hiring to post-resignation. Technical Writing of all Official Correspondence Documents, HR forms, Business Writing; Supervising ISO 9001certification & EU GDPR, etc.    

Development & Management of Commercial and Official Development Assistance (ODA) Projects of Japan.— Liaison with Line Ministries, Project Sponsors, Promoters, Partners, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Top Government officials and the Business CEOs—Creation, Development and Promotion of new projects—Dealing with donor agencies like JICA, JBIC, JETRO. Following projects in sectors: Infrastructure, Power & Energy, Renewable Energies, Health, Environment, Ports & Shipping and Telecomm etc. Managing the distribution of KOMATSU in Pakistan.
