Program/project Management Over 15 years rich experience of working at senior positions in Family Planning Association of Pakistan as Director field programs with strong strategic planning and program management in SRH/FP and MNCH (advocacy, Community Participation, Service Delivery (static and mobile) and Capacity Building ) of fields staff, Undertaken various SRH/FP MNCH advocacy /activities (meetings with government high officials, parliamentarians, Policy makers, Development partners etc.) at the provincial/national level to highlight issues around SRH/FP and MNCH care control. Arranged and conducted series of provincial level seminars / review workshops/ policy dialogues and parliamentarian meetings for prioritization and implementation on action plan for SRH/FP MNCH care and control. Organized high profile health advocacy events / SRH Education Curriculum launching at Federal level involving federal ministers/health ministers, Media anchors, supreme religious scholars and other stakeholders. Established/managed of more than 50 service delivery outlets/clinics of SRH/FP and engaged about 35 local CBO's/NGO s for advocacy of SRH/FP information and services. Built capacities of more than 2000 volunteers of the different communities, 1470 religious scholars, 1334 service providers (LHVs, LHW's, CMW's and medic and Para medic staff) in SRH/FP and MNCH information and delivery of quality services to the marginalized and deprived communities. Promoted contraceptives sales through 1778 community based distributers (CBDs) and more than 1200 private practitioners/Drs in Islamabad Region (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chakwal, Wah Cantt, Gujar khan. Developed good relations with print electronic media and maintained data base and highlighted project progress and achievements in both mediums. Developed implementation plans and work-out budget details with line item provision for all projects to ensure smooth implementation in-line with projects objectives. Successfully managed the procurement and logistic supplies of medicines, contraceptives, equipments/instruments in the field, monthly work plan preparation of staff. Annual operational plan accomplished. Led and managed the project for deliverables and results with full accountability and authority for the development, execution, and monitoring of the projects, including project management, documentation and communication with stakeholders and for synergy. Worked with National and international organizations (e.g. Government of Pakistan, Family Planning Association of Pakistan (National NGO), Muslim Hands International (UK based INGO). CARE International in Pakistan, Oxfam Novib, and Mercy Corps. Monthly monitoring Plan designing preparation accomplished. Reporting both financial and narrative. Implemented wide range of donor funded projects (e.g. World Bank, KFW, UNICEF, JHU, Packard Foundation, IPPF, UNFPA, WPF, OXFAM, UNHABITAT, DFID, BMZ ,RAF,SIDA and Govt. of AJK) in diverse communities in a diverse socio-economic environment. Previously worked with Mercy Corps Pakistan under project Improving Chlorhexidine Advocacy for Newborns (i-CAN) as Provincial Project Advocacy Coordinator Punjab and Currently working with CHEF International as Programme Manager in Muzaffargarh.
Financial Management budget preparation of SRH/FP MNCH projects, awarding sub-grants, reporting, adhering financial policies of the organization, transparency and accountability, program/financial reviews of SRH/FP projects, overseeing the entire grants management functions of the MNCH and FP projects/programs, monthly monitoring visits to program development areas in social development sectors e.g. Reproductive health Family planning, education, women empowerment, community development ,emergency relief, livelihood, gender and poverty alleviation. Oversee award of subcontract and sub-agreements for consultancy services, research studies and implementing partners as per policy and procedure of organization to ensure efficiency, effectiveness in project implementations for the contributions. Supported in overseeing to all project funds are expended according to policies and procedures and to guide finance for necessary adjustments.

Monitoring Evaluation of SRH/FP MNCH Program/Projects Conducted regular field visits to supervise field staff and monitor activities to observe the working and implementation pace and progress in field and reported/briefed to the CD/CEO on the situation, found gaps and grey areas, suggested for improvements in the program. Maintained and accomplished quantitative as well as qualitative data of SRH/FP new clients, follow up clients, recorded nos of used contraceptives against both (New and follow-up), recorded CYPs of the overall program service outlets, program analysis, designed new approaches to enhance CYP, held meetings with SRH/FP beneficiaries, satisfied clients, recorded videos, prepared case studies, noted good practices and observed the program learnings and shared with CD. Ensured availability of high quality data for Care and FPAP Head office quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports.
Program Reviews Conducted mid-term and final reviews provided technical and programmatic support to program teams in FPAP MHI and CARE. Designed ToRs of the Reviews to assess the program efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability
Program Evaluation Established an appropriate monitoring system and developed evaluation tools in FPAP, CARE and WEG to measure SRH/FP program impact and ensured the collection of data indicators agreed with donors, in coordination with the Research and Evaluation Department in FPAP and WEG. Conducted /organized nos of annual appraisal of program /project results as per established monitoring frameworks of FPAP, MHI and CARE international including WEG and reports on consolidated results.
Partnership Management Due diligence assessment completed of community based NGOs/CBOs and enrolled as IPs to work in SRH/FP MNCH advocacy, communication and service delivery sectors. strategic guidance to the IPs/NGOs and civil society organizations, implementing projects and sub-grants with civil society organizations and local NGO,s their capacity building in community development, proposal development, Report writing, program Quality and Accountability, Program implementation monitoring, financial management.
