Provide quality Technical Support to clients and Level 1 Support
Act as a bridge between L1 and L3 to provide the resolution for raised issues
Hands-on with different technical Tools like JIRA, Postman, Confluence.
Ensure high-quality standards of data are met through operational testing and monitoring.
Proactive problem-solving technique along with excellent communication skills.
Assisting Operations of IT-BPM Team in Jazz(Mobilink).
Providing Assistance for .NET APPLICATIONS, that are being used by the bussiness in order to meet their daily activites related to Finance, HR Services , Billing, Trips, Facilities portal, S2P, People Hub , People App, Share Point, IMS, GFMS, Clearence Portal and many more.
Further , Focusing on Research & Development on new Requirments and imementing changes if required in exsisting system.
Troubleshoot Applications, meet SLA and run test cases incase of any issue for providing the permanent fix.
Performing detail debugging to diagnose the problem incase of any issue in the system.
Making sure that Applications are working fine on both at Server and Application Level to boost the performance on both level.
Maintaining the Servers on which Applications are hosted.Furthermore, Checking the Window services and other Web services that are integrated with different ERP & ESS.
Perform admin task on both SQL/Oracle and apply complex quries and make store procedures related to bussiness applications .
Checking daily backups for Applications and Databases and also perofrming daily Server Health Check.
Working as a Team Member of IT Bussiness Process Managment which closely coordinate with teams like Network operations, IT-Security & IT-INFRA .
Coordinating with internal & external busssiness users to execute their query in timely manner.
Identifying the problem in the bussiness using Data Modeling Techniques and Formulating ways for Bussiness to improve based on previous Research.
Analyzing problems technically & Coordinating with deparments to implement the required Solution.
Addressing the busssiness questions raised by different bussiness units by sound and thorough analysis and recomendations using required system and tools.
Working in the IT-BPM Team and Governing the Operations/Developments of the IT-BPM in Jazz(Mobilink).
Core Development of different Projects related to Procurement, Finance, and Legal using Microsoft Dot Net Technologies(Core/MVC/Entity Framework/Web Forms) and Database (SQL/ORACLE).
Further, Research and development on new Requirements gathered from Business users and implementing changes required in the existing system.
Governing the Vendors During development phase to UAT till Production phase of the New Systems.
Identifying the issues in all the testing phase and making sure of resolving them in the UAT phase by continuous communication between the vendor and business user.
Fulfilling all the requirements of Servers related to Security Governance/Networks on which new systems or existing systems are deployed.
Also governing the support teams during the daily operational tasks and assisting all other Team members for smooth running of the system
