• Follow all relevant administration procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Paint, other general work.
• Handles petty cash for daily expenses, tracks and keeps record of office, lunchroom and utility bills.
• Regularly update and maintain inventory (kitchen grocery, housekeeping materials & Stationary) of company.
• Supervision of general staff (drivers, peons, riders, telephone operator, janitorial staff etc.).
• Manage repair and maintenance of office equipment’s and fixtures.
• Follow up on general administration work e.g. Vehicle Pool Management, Fuel Expenses, and House Keeping, Lunch
and other refreshment arrangement and expense reporting.
RESPONSIBLE OF LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION OF BOL STAFF AND EQUIPMENT.
• Bol Brand Marketing project Rawalpindi and Islamabad Division.
• Fleet Administration including Procurement.
• Sending monthly statical & Analytical reports to head office.
SUPERVISING DRIVERS & TECHNICAL STAFF
The primarily responsibility was to manage the pick and drop facility of Bol Staff. Which include attendance, leave records, time record, shift duties and insure that discipline is maintained. Misc. administration work including vendor addition to meet office requirement completion of projects i.e. setting up workshops in different cities for Bol Branding project & company operated vehicles etc. Renewal of commercial vehicles’ route permits, acquiring fitness certificates and time to time vehicle inspection to keep vehicles in running condition in Islamabad office. Petty Cash handling for daily expenses, receiving & cross checking of goods ordered, bills processing, reporting of these expenses (Including Fleet Maintenance bills). Handle various preventative and fault maintenance routines of company owned vehicles.
• Coordination with News desk for transportation of News Assignments
• Responsible of logistics and transportation of GEO staff and equipment.

company standards with the support of HR Dept.

• Managed daily fuel utilization record of company owned vehicles.
• Petty Cash handling for daily expenses, reporting of these expense (Including Fleet Maintenance bills).
• Daily inspections of Pool vehicles and purchase order processing of Vehicle parts and maintenance for the staff
vehicles.
• Cross Check to avoid unauthorized repair & Alteration.
• Management of Outsource vehicles for guests pick & Drop.
• Operations of Emergency Medical Services 1st Responder Unit
• Out Reach Medic and Para Medic Dept.
