MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Accurate information, data analysis, and documentation are timely made available to support situation analysis, sectoral input and reporting required for Provincial EOC and UNICEF. Ensure high quality data is collected and integrity of the data.
●       Developed M&E tools, protocols, and assured quality and accessibility of humanitarian and GBV services.
●       Reviewed projects’ progress on a quarterly basis and ensured problem-solving
●       Conducted regular qualitative and quantitative assessment of progress for internal and donor report.
●       Developed and managed organization database - cleaning, analysis and reporting for corrective actions.
●       Conduct meetings with project partners/stakeholders to assess their role in the implementation of the projects.
●       Assess the impacts of the projects on the socio-economic conditions of the target communities
●       Identify gaps (if any) and make recommendations for improvements in project implementation process.
●       Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products, maintain and improve existing tools, collaborates in selecting appropriate data collection instruments or in designing instruments.
●       Collects data from different sources including UCs/districts/provincial & federal level also from counter parts and creates/prepares appropriate spreadsheets and databases. Cleans, collates, summarizes received data and prepare reports.
●       Analysis of information using various statistical methods, trying to see trends and patterns in data.
●       Develops and prepares information products to be used by the EOC and UNICEF.
●       Developing of program using EOC dashboard that can be used for data analysis and presentation.
●       Hands on with various modes of data presentation (graphical, maps, tabular and descriptive etc.)
●       To come up with innovative data visualization for use at different settings and for diverse audiences. Conduct field monitoring visits for evaluation of existing strategies, present timely report on monitoring and evaluation.
●       Other assigned duties and responsibilities are effectively accomplished.

●       Act as the direct supervisor for all level consultants, provide guidance and keep an oversight on their day-to-day technical tasks.

●       Support the operationalization of SBC by advocating for SBC, mobilizing resources, coordinating across stakeholders, sectors, and teams, and building alliances and partnerships.
●       Promote continuous learning, strengthening, and scaling up in SBC for development and humanitarian contexts through capacity building for Project staff, partners, and implementers.
●       Developing approaches for strengthening the SBC capacity of implementing partners, and nutrition team in project areas. Supervising and facilitating the facility-based SBC activities for MIYCF counselling with demonstrations.
●       Supervising community outreach activities for SBCC and social mobilization efforts including community peer support groups for SBCC on MIYCF through the implementation of an effective community engagement strategy.
●       Support advocacy activities to engage health influencers, political, religious, and community leaders and other stakeholders
●       Develop and update annual/quarterly implementation plans and support project team on monthly project planning.
●       Devise overall implementation strategy for rolling out program across selected health facilities in Project districts in close coordination with Senior Program Manager and Donor.

Manage IPC function at the Area level and ensure that IPC teams are achieving their KPIs.
Ensure implementation of IPC strategies in coordination with Health, IRMNCH & PWD departments for the achievement of organizational plans, CYPs, and donor deliverables.
Ensure compliance of work plans, effective monitoring, and supervision of all regional staff and operations ensuring high standards of quality through desk analysis.
Ensure capacity building of the IPCO team in areas of skills and technical issues.
Fortnightly &monthly performance review meetings to monitor the weekly performance of CHOs/FCEs and submit a report with a concrete action plan for the improvement.
Manage timely submission of work plans and execution in the field of field teams.
Submission of properly checked reports, work plans, expenses to the support staff.

Responsible for supervisory functions in the District
Appointing authority of Support Staff and Auxiliary staff in District
Competent Authority in regard to the administrative and operational expenses in relation to District Office.
Responsible to monitor, on-the-job training, and facilitate the team during field activities.
Responsible to coordinate and develop strong professional relations with line departments at the District level.
Responsible for facilitating baseline and other related preliminary surveys and studies in the District.
Regular monitoring of ongoing activities to ensure that all the activities are executing as per design, specifications, and work schedule.
Prepare weekly, monthly work plans and progress reports.
Training of CRPs basics of family planning and as well as in interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
To assist field teams in the timely implementation of work plans and achieving quality promotional activities.
Take part in the selection, designing, pre-testing, developing, dissemination, and evaluation of appropriate IEC material for effective health behavior in the target area.
Working in harmony with all other project staff and field team for the effective and efficient day-to-day management of the project

To provide expert technical advice on the design and quality implementation of Education interventions ensuring the approach is consistent with other agencies and integrated with other SC activities.
To lead on the development of the education strategy, ensuring strategic recommendations are practical and results focused.

Advise on creating education projects for OOSC and street children.
Quality technical leadership and advice for the design, implementation and monitoring of education work at provincial, district and community levels.

Facilitate the teachers for regular community coordination to ensure 100% enrolment, prevent drop out and provide quality education.
Build the capacity of teachers for effective teaching through demonstration and handholding.
Facilitate the teachers to arrange BBCMs, PTMs, and Volunteers meetings.
