My professional experience is spread over a period of more than 15 years wherein Projects management implementation is of prime importance while working with various government and non-government organizations. I am capable of handling and coordinating all technical, administrative, and financial activities for the effective and efficient implementation of programs/projects with the primary objective to achieve their goals and objectives. Moreover have rich experience including direct experience with NGOs, multi-lateral organizations, social sector programs, Economic inclusion, microfinance, community development, facilitation, and conducting of training workshops, as a professional trainer (Capacity Building Specialist) with RSPN, Primary Education, Women Empowerment, Mother and Child Health, Gender and Development, poverty reduction programs, microfinance, and enterprises development. Apart from this my professional expertise also encompasses coordination with Donors ILO, USAID, DFID, UNICEF, line agencies (government departments), and other collaborating institutions and agencies.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Accurate information, data analysis, and documentation are timely made available to support situation analysis, sectoral input and reporting required for Provincial EOC and UNICEF. Ensure high quality data is collected and integrity of the data.
● Developed M&E tools, protocols, and assured quality and accessibility of humanitarian and GBV services.
● Reviewed projects’ progress on a quarterly basis and ensured problem-solving
● Conducted regular qualitative and quantitative assessment of progress for internal and donor report.
● Developed and managed organization database - cleaning, analysis and reporting for corrective actions.
● Conduct meetings with project partners/stakeholders to assess their role in the implementation of the projects.
● Assess the impacts of the projects on the socio-economic conditions of the target communities
● Identify gaps (if any) and make recommendations for improvements in project implementation process.
● Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products, maintain and improve existing tools, collaborates in selecting appropriate data collection instruments or in designing instruments.

● Developing approaches for strengthening the SBC capacity of implementing partners, and nutrition team in project areas. Supervising and facilitating the facility-based SBC activities for MIYCF counselling with demonstrations.
● Supervising community outreach activities for SBCC and social mobilization efforts including community peer support groups for SBCC on MIYCF through the implementation of an effective community engagement strategy.
● Support advocacy activities to engage health influencers, political, religious, and community leaders and other stakeholders
● Develop and update annual/quarterly implementation plans and support project team on monthly project planning.
● Devise overall implementation strategy for rolling out program across selected health facilities in Project districts in close coordination with Senior Program Manager and Donor.
Manage IPC function at the Area level and ensure that IPC teams are achieving their KPIs.
Ensure implementation of IPC strategies in coordination with Health, IRMNCH & PWD departments for the achievement of organizational plans, CYPs, and donor deliverables.
Ensure compliance of work plans, effective monitoring, and supervision of all regional staff and operations ensuring high standards of quality through desk analysis.
Ensure capacity building of the IPCO team in areas of skills and technical issues.
Fortnightly &monthly performance review meetings to monitor the weekly performance of CHOs/FCEs and submit a report with a concrete action plan for the improvement.
