Maintaining salary register of the Company.
Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed timely.
Ensuring proper calculation of earnings and deductions.
Maintaining records and calculation of Bonus and Allowances.
Reporting of Payroll data in financial statement.
Maintaining Group Insurance records.

Preparation and analysis of reconciliation of Head Office /Northern zone Branches bank accounts.

Preparation of daily disbursement and receipt vouchers.

Ensure availability of appropriate and necessary funds and their utilization.

Manage daily Closing cash position of all branches (including Head Office).

Develop relationship and communication with banks to ensure appropriate service for
the Company

Updating bank operating instructions regarding(signatories, amount transfer limits and dates).

Complete documentation and other formalities for new account opening and E-banking.

Identification and resolution of discrepancies found if any in bank reconciliations while in review.

Managing inflow and outflow of funds between head office and branches.

RECONCILIATION UNIT

Preparation and analysis of Inter branch, Head Office, Nostro and Internet Banking reconciliations

Reconciliation of account maintain with State Bank of Pakistan.

Co ordinate with all branches (250+) in Pakistan regarding problems & issues in reconciliation & FOBC.

Ensure that MIS reports balance match with GL balance.

Manage Internal and External audit in respect of all reconciliations.

CREDIT ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Analyses of credit worthiness of the borrower and other details prior to loan disbursement.

Loan termination and maturity cases.

Coordination with Recovery department for delinquent customers and customers approaching
maturity dates.

Keeping track of the lodgements of PDC’S

Monthly updating of borrower ECIB
