Background:-

Analytical testing of semi Finished & Finished Product according to plan and ensure releasing and reporting on time. 

Analysis and investigation followed by the root cause identification and report CAPA suggestion and implement of OOS & OOT results obtained. 

To perform analysis of complaint products, Hold time study, pre-shipment Batches and maintain their records. 

Maintain and monitor usage log books of recieving products,back data traceability and analytical equipment log books.

Calibration and verification of instruments. 

Maintain an inventory of chemicals,HPLC Columns and HPLC accessories. 

Analytical testing of validation and stability Batches. To manage the document and all related infrastructure as per company's internal and regulatory requirements. 

To assist the Auditees during Regulatory and International audits. 

Analytical Method Validation and Process Validation.
