To provide receive vouchers/support and other documents as and when required by the top management.
Post entries of receipt in the accounts software on a circadian basis.
Recording and reconciling payments & producing reports as required by management
To arrange copies of all vouchers on daily basis and maintain a file.
Prepare different management reports related to the consumption of units and Accounts receivables.
Implementing Receivables policies and regulations as per the company.

Collection of Payment deposit slips/Cheques against Electricity unit recharge and issuance of proper receipt and Top-up of their Units through vending Software.

To prepare Electricity invoices for Kiosks.
To resolve the technical problems of electricity meters of Mall Shops and Tower offices with the support of the Engineering Team.
To return/ top up remaining units after installation of new meter to the tenant.
To supervise Electricity meter reading daily, provided by the engineering team inform all tenants for prepaid recharge of Units timely to avoid any incontinence in daily operation.
Prepare Electricity invoices as per customer requests.

Reconciliation of units charged based on vending software report with actual payment received and to find out & highlight leakages if any.
