1-Find Sourcing of Trims and Accessories and Fabric for garments orders as well as arrange Factories with good quality and low price.
2- Dealing with buyers and Suppliers about Fabric and Trims Accessories as well delivery and as new orders .
3- Order Processing and Follow-up as well as inspection the garments.
4- Make Sales Strategy and sales teams and organize store/boutique.
5- Correspondence with buyers and customers regarding production and quality issues as well as delivery and costing.
6- Conduct Internal External Audits Certifications (Social Compliance, Technical, C-TPAT, GOTA, ISO-9000, SMEDA, Hig Index)
7- Execute Pre-Final Audit Final Inspection. (Got training Quality Management Program from Levi's)
8- Execute and participate the CSR activities
9-Merchandising (Product Development Marketing and Arranging to find Accessories / Fabric Sources)
10-Establish Operate the Factory Set-up (Make department layout / process wise layout by strength as per Capacity, Required furniture designing)
11- Shipment / Production Follow-up (Order processing to shipment)
12- Making Production Shipment Planning
13- Evaluation and Development Implement as well as Monitor the Production Quality Management System as well as Product Safety System and Social Compliance System requirements as per buyer.
14- Conduct Health Safety Training Awareness Sessions
15- Monitor Manage the Administration Activities (Manage House Keeping Department and Security Guard Training as well as documentation)
16- Monitor HR Activities like Hiring, Firing, Disciplinary Procedures, Employees Benefits, Policy Procedures.
