Research Associate
- Ensure strategic direction of operations at research department of the client in planning and setting qualitative and quantitative research goals and objectives
-Planning and designing strategies for internal and external research and communication policies for the education board at local, regional and national level.
-Writing, designing, proof-reading, editing and disseminating research work ensuring effective communication between the Board and its various partners in Social Welfare, Economic Planning, Youth and Sports Board etc.
-Ensuring effective knowledge management, following monitoring and evaluation reports and ensuring that learning outcomes from various programs are shared through appropriate tools of communication with the stakeholders

• Liaised with regional youth organisations, local government and the NGO/INGOs working for youth development in Gilgit-Baltistan Region.
