<div><p>• Health and safety environment coordination with site management. </p> <p>• Co-ordination with Manages, Site Staffs, Client &amp; other subcontractors for ensuring safety at site. </p> <p>• Supervising all construction activities and providing technical inputs for safe method of construction. </p> <p>• Carried out site environmental, Health &amp; Safety audit and maintain document. </p> <p>• Perform daily inspection to make sure the minimum requirement of loss prevention program are met and </p> <p>ensures that proper safety equipment is at the necessary location. </p> <p>• Monitoring the safety requirements for the project site. </p> <p>• To maintain and improve upon HSE performance. </p> <p>• Implementation of HSE rules &amp; regulation all the time at site. </p> <p>• Conduction regular HSE meetings with Engineers and Management. </p> <p>• Ensure that all accident /incidents including first- aid cases, near miss and fire reported immediately to </p> <p>manager/ client representative in accordance with the provisions contained in this project-specific loss </p> <p>prevention program. </p> <p>• Conduct safety meeting every week and ensure that all employees including engineers are attending the </p> <p>same schedule. </p> <p>• Before leaving the job site, making sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must </p> <p>have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape. </p> <p>• Maintains accident log recording of all patient accident information. </p> <p>• Provide the main source of advice and guidance to the company and its managers on health and safety </p> <p>matters. </p> <p>• Carry out a risk analysis for the company and recommend any ensure that they comply with health and </p> <p>safety regulations. </p> <p>• Provide any necessary training to managers and staff to ensure that they comply with all health and safety </p> <p>requirements. </p> <p>• Conduct permit to work (PTW) audits prior to start of work. </p> <p>• Inspection of firefighting equipment and fire prevention. </p> <p>• Respond to H2S release and execute emergency rescue. </p> <p>• Inspection of scaffolding/ Plate forms. </p> <p>• Motivate employees to work safely. </p> <p>• Conduct safety inspection on daily basis. </p> <p>• Reporting to safety Manager of the company.</p></div>
