New Business Development / Sales or provide all kind of plastic manufacturing machinery to plastic industry specially Injection Molding machines, Extrusion line, Pet Blowing Machine
Major responsibilities:
· B2B Sales, good negotiation and customer relationship skills
· Develop and Implement field sales plan for the assigned area
· Effectively manage customers and their operations
· Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming enquiries, by telephone and email.
· Increase market share at existing customers and develop new customers
· Initiate the development of new products
· Timely Sharing of useful market information, which will help to develop a strategy
· Management of operational variables through accurate forecasting, stocks, and debtors
· Discuss technical and sales issues with customers for improvement and gain customer satisfaction as much as possible
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge
· Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area
· Responsible to provide quality and on-time information
· Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
· Coach, motivate and develop Distributors
· Ensure continuous improvement
· Facilitate all the process from quotation to billing.
· Handling documentation (Purchase Orders, Invoices etc.)
· Working on different ERP modules
· Ensure timely payments from customers, timely dispatches of materials and coordinate with departments to resolve the issues.
· Organize all types of functions, festivals, meetings etc.
· To complete all deadlines before time
· Manage and maintain petty cash account
· Perform a variety of tasks to meet sales objectives.
Major responsibilities:

· Provide all administrative support to sales staff

· Organize waste management, Inventory, etc.
· Dealing with all vendors and manage branch budget accordingly
· Ensure timely payments from customers, timely dispatches of materials and coordinate with departments to resolve the issues.
