Next in line to the office assistant and responsible for running the overall company operations. me as an office assistant work in the operating departments of mid-sized and large companies to help manage recruitment, benefits administration, and record maintenance for the other employees at that business.
As well as supervising the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization, I am responsible for recording transactions, payments, and expenses, and processing invoices. I send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure the data company's invoices and payments match up correctly.
