Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding: Developed relationship with placement cells of universities across the country to fulfill organizational personnel needs (regular & project). In coordination with Marketing team developed HF Profile for creating employer branding across the universities. Mobilized and built network with alumni of different universities for enhanced employer branding and its presence. Created the orientation plan for new joiners for better understanding of organization’s key functional areas and how their role is important. HR Operations: Ensured proper attendance & leave management record is being maintained especially during COVID Lockdown. For its complete implementation, attendance and leave was linked with payroll. Ensured proper handing/taking, clearance and final settlements of exited staff. Resolved the EOBI portal issue and ensured timely generation of EOBI Challan and submission to Finance. Followed with program/project teams for their timesheets. Maintained individual files in hard & soft copy. Timely processed health claims by keeping proper record. Developed an insurance tracker to keep the track of status of insurance claims.
Organizational Transformation: Worked on organizational transformation required during COVID-19 work from home phase.
