Lead the sampling department (New product development, pre-production sample, production sample).

* Responsible to develop & lead the R&D Lab team.

* Responsible for Installation of Tecnorama Auto dispensing Robotic Laboratory.

* Ensuring minimization of lab to bulk variation of shade developed through Tecnorama.

* Responsible to carry out sample development of yarn dyeing on Tecnorama.

* To lead development projects for new products. Works with multiple departments in order to develop distinguish products to meet the needs of the customer.

* Develop and maintain product specifications for reference purposes. Provide guidance to product design and development teams. Maintain consistency and accuracy of information flow between design, development and merchandising teams.

* Provide general leadership, guidance, and support to relative team members in order to Collaborate, give feedback, develop plans, and reach team and individual goals

* Coordinate with product management team and perform product testing on various processes.

* Manage various processes and identify process deviations if any as per requirement.

* Communicating product specifications of proposed new product to concern departments.

* Monitoring, tracking and organizing of all approved proposed new product samples and calculating its costs.

* Accurately complete item set up requirements and communicate all related documents to Procurement Quality, Marketing and sales.
