Chemical Engineer
Responsibilities:
§ Control the process from pre treatment to Tertiary Treatment.
§ Monitor the process by checking Equalization, Neutralization, Coagulation, Floaculation, COD, Aeration, BOD and Out Product.
§ Monitor UF, ACF, R.O and Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine and DO Blowers.
§ Check FM ratio, Dissolved Oxygen and CO2.
§ Perform lab tests such as COD, BOD, MLSS, TSS, SV, PH, TDS and FIT.
§ Inspection of Blowers, Pumps, Equipments on weekly basis and reported to top management.
§ Ensure that final product meets the quality standard.
§ Monitor UF and R.O.
Research Assistant (Chemical Engineer)
Responsibilities:
§ Testing Water Quality Parameters, making Standard Solutions.
§ Hand-on experience of Equipment and different projects for Waste Water Treatment affiliated with Industries.
§ Conducting Laboratory Experiments for undergraduate students, Postgraduate students and serving to assure proper maintenance of the Lab.
§ Teaching courses at undergraduate level; Physical and Analytical chemistry (PR) at the Department of Chemical Engineering.
§ Working as a team member with the technical teams of instruments providing organizations for installation and commissioning of new equipment’s in the department.
§ Assisting in the various departmental activities and events (Seminars, Conference & workshops) at national and international level.
§ More importantly contributing his efforts for implementation of OBE (Outcome Based Education System) in the department.
Internship
Prior to professional work, during the studies, I tried to spend the time to gain the practical knowledge and professional attitude through internships in reputed organizations. I learned the process of production of oil, gas, LPG and cement and also quality control parameters and measurers.
