Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of drawings in both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional format.
Designing of products, machines, tools, dies , parts using software like AutoCAD,
Solidworks, catia etc.
Checking the FEA using software like Ansys etc.
Design and detailing of special purpose equipments, material handling systems like conveyors, cranes etc.
Interact with New product Development team for new projects.
Conduct budget and estimation meeting with sales departments.
Prepare fabrication drawings for internal and vendor fabrications.
Initiate procurement process of raw materials and other consumables.
Discuss product reports and project reports with management.
Manage internal functions of design department.
Reverse Engineering drawings, Jigs & Fixtures drawings.
Preparation of layout drawings, Machine erection drawings for better understanding..

Roles & Responsibilities
Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
Ability to analyse data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
Address limitations of technologies and materials involved in the CAD process.
Take care of maintenance work of \'Earloop Ultrasonic Welding Machines\'.
Preparation of layout drawings for better understanding.
Interact with New product Development team for new projects.
Manage internal functions of design department.
Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards.
