A great deal of hands-on technical leadership and managerial experience with increasing responsibilities in telecommunications services by deploying emerging state-of-the-art GPON/FTTH Access and transmission Networks and thus migrating from Legacy TDM to the IP based GPON/FTTH.nVendors Huawei, Zhone, Alcatel, Siemens, ZTE and Ericsson.nDesign and development of FTTx systems VoIP, HSI/ADSL/, Video/IPTV, PRI, BRI, E1s, L2/L3 IPVPN, Backhauling for 2G/GSM and 3G/UMTS, 4/LTE sites of Etisalat Mobile Micro, Macro sites, Backhauling of PDMUXesnEnhanced hands on expertise on vendors Huawei, Zhone, Alcatel, Siemens, Ericsson and ZTE for Switching, FTTH, FTTx, Access Networks--Planning, migration, convergence.nProvisional Acceptance and Testing of the new installations, up-gradation, new Patches.nPreparation of the Reports and generating TSR for vendors to resolve issues in OLT/DSLAMnPre and post provisioning support for Business, Corporate Customers with Vendors.nStrong IP Engineering knowledge and experience and very well versed with Protocols RIPv2/OSPF/SNMP/IGMP/TCP/FTP, C7/M3UA Signaling and vice versa.nAn excellent team player and a fast learner.nStrong Programming and Analytical skills in Data Creation, modification, Cancellation.
