My degree is in Mechanical having maintenane,Rubber experience and have 2 years experience of I.E ( Industrial Engineering) department. I've done job at PARCO as an NDT Technician and Maintenance Engineer at Mahmood Power House.Currently working as a Manufacturing Excellence (ME) and Maintenance Engineer in Rubber unit (for bladders of Football) at Awan Sports and my job descriptions are as follows:

1.      Prepare machine layout based on initial line balance.

2.      Work closely with supervisors and floor managers to trace                bottlenecks/improve line balancing and workout corrective actions.

3.      Identify 8 wastes of lean giving innovative and improvement ideas.

4.      Analyze daily down-time reports, working on corrective actions to minimize the down-time and improving efficiency.

5.      Resource planning according to monthly demand.

6.      Time study and SMV calculation and working on corrective actions to improve SMV.

7.      Monthly efficiency calculation to evaluate the performance of each section, suggesting ideas for corrective actions for root cause analysis to improve efficiency.

8.      Calculate the production capacity process wise and line balancing of process.

9.      6S implementation of and visual management for beautification of shop floor.

10.  Daily monitoring of production at floor shop against production plan.

11.  Communicate and remove the effect of issues those can disturb the master production schedule.

12.  Tracking of low efficiency operators against KPI’s and analyze root causes to provide corrective actions.

13.  Production down-time analysis and make CAP to increase capacity.

14.  Kaizen the new ideas to increase the productivity and it’s implementation that can be through 6S,Removal of 8 wastes,Poke-Yoke,Value Stream Analysis (VSM),Basic Q.C tools,Line Balancing,One-piece flow, Quick Changeover (SMED), Layout Design and re-designing the work stations.

15.  Communicate to maintenance department in implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

16.  Implementation of lean manufacturing and reduction of all inventories to minimize material cost.

17.  M.E information boards in all sections for visualization of tasks and ongoing projects.

18.  Modules implementation as per ADIDAS requirement for audit.

19.  Communicate all activities to manager and work under the supervision of manager.
