Assist contractor in formulating construction plans, work breakdowns and their implementation. Using of computer aided software for planning and monitoring. Review and verification of contractor interim payment certificate and claims. Solely responsible for managing construction sites and reporting daily progress to head office through mobile application. Flexible in getting challenging role assigned by seniors and incisive in devising innovative solutions.  Keen in enforcing healthy and safety rules for attaining conducive working environment. Use of efficient techniques and modern tools for project execution. Check on material procurement by contractor as per standard guidelines. Encourage housekeeping at construction site and spreading green environment awareness. Assist seniors in client and contractor meetings. Drafting progress and inspection reports.
