· Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data
· Ensuring close monitoring of overall staff cost are within approved budget & Also maintain Annual Increment Data of all employees of organization.
· Control absenteeism &turnover of employees for best Performance of Production departments and in the favor of company.
· Audit of daily Purchase, Cash book & petty cash reports weekly.
· Oversee of whole company department’s coordination to make good working environment.
· Daily make sure the visit of department wise and ask employees to discuss their problems and resolve on the spot or as soon as possible
· Control of Canteen, Maintenance , Gardner , Cleanliness , New Construction in Company, material management ,
· Check in/out registers , returnable Items list on Daily basis and ask to relevant departments
· Follow up on Social Security, Eobi, Utilities Bills, & Other Legal Departments.
