Job Description:
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
Plan and co-ordinate transportation of materials and manage the timely flow of customer orders

Maintain complete updated sales order and purchase order using FOCUS Software.

Prepared weekly reports of employees visa processing, vehicles salik, vehicles general service, vehicles reefer service, vehicles insurance, vehicles fine record and vehicles molkia renewal process.
Plan and manage logistics,transportation, and customer services
Manage office and day to day operations including monthly invoicing coordination with client and prepare the quotations and send to new customers.
Maintain daily trips and record of all trips according to the vehicles and drivers and prepare monthly trips reports.
Maintains employee database, salary process WPS, vehicles fines record, vehicles insurance vehicles molkia renewal and vehicles maintenance record etc.
Administer HR-related tasks, such as keeps employees record and employees visa processing (E-quota application, type offer letter, work permit application, labour card, bank guarantee, immigration, medical certificate, emirates id, visa stamping, labour contract, labour cancellation).
Provides administrative support to the HR Manager and perform essential functions of HR.
Perform customer service functions by answering phone calls and employee questions.
Assist with new employee background checks and documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
